We arrange the invoices for you! Once payment is made, you will receive the invoice in your account. Kickjobs will prepare the correct invoice or payment summary and make it visible to the freelancer.
The invoices are generated within the platform after payment and are immediately visible in your dashboard.
The details on an invoice cannot be changed, provided incorrect information is shown. If you want to change personal details such as contact person or address, you can do so in your profile on the platform. The information will be automatically transferred to future invoices.

You may indicate dissatisfaction with the execution of the job by leaving a bad review (1.5 stars or lower). In case of a bad review, the freelancer will not be paid automatically. We will contact both you and the freelancer to find a suitable solution.
It can happen that a freelancer will ask you to work outside the platform. This might seem interesting, but there is a high chance this can also be a scam. Hiring through kickjobs ensures that you have all your people, all your billing and oversight in one place. We can’t ensure that freelancers work the same way outside of our platform. We can't stress it enough. Your best protection against this is to stay on the platform for the duration of the job or project. Please always report suspicious behavior by contacting us.
